NightWave Account Deletion
Request deletion of your NightWave account and associated sign-in data.
Delete account in the app (recommended)
- Open NightWave.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your NightWave sign-in from our servers (Firebase Authentication and your linked Google sign-in for this app).
Delete account by email request
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@vistalytix.com with subject line NightWave account deletion request.
Please include the Google account email used to sign in to NightWave.
What data is removed
- Deleted from server-side account systems: your Firebase Authentication account for NightWave.
- Deleted for app sign-in access: the linked Google sign-in association used by NightWave.
What data stays on your device unless you remove it
- Playlists and saved sound combinations.
- Mixer volumes, settings, bedtime reminders, and purchase cache.
- Nightly ad-unlock state and timer preferences.
To remove local device data, uninstall NightWave or clear app storage in Android Settings.
Additional retention notes
Historical crash diagnostics already stored in Firebase Crashlytics may be retained according to Google’s retention policies. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google.
